Remote will not pair with streaming player

From the home screen, navigate to Settings > Remote Pairing, and follow the instructions shown on your TV screen. Once completed, test and see if you can control your device 3 player using your device remote.

If the process above did not work, unplug the power supply from your device player, press and hold the A and B button on your Roku 3 remote and then press the pairing button on the back of your remote while still holding down the A and B buttons.
